- DHL is our courier for all shipments.
- All orders will be shipped with insurance.
- We don’t deliver PO Boxes.
- Items will ship from La Rioja – Spain (EUROPE) with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise
purchased in Euros. - All orders may be subjected to local taxes, export or import duties will be debited to the client directly.
- Please note that all orders that are sent from out of the EU may incur duty and taxes which are to be paid by
the Client.
In order to fully provide satisfaction with your purchase we encourage you to email us at customer@pat-studio.com with any prior questions. Our customer service will be more than glad to give you all the information you may need.
We also suggest you precisely note measurements and scale of all products before purchasing in that way we also contribute reducing footprint and unwanted taxes.
Processing
- You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from us.
- If an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quick as possible and latest 5 days after the order was placed.
- Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address and require a signature for delivery.
- PAT STUDIO is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship.
- PAT STUDIO is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping. All stated shipping times are an estimate and not a guarantee. Shipping speeds for International orders are not guaranteed, but most orders arrive within the stated window. Please contact the shipping service directly for a more precise estimate once orders have been dispatched.
Returns & refunds
It is important for us that you have a pleasant experience shopping. PAT studio commits itself to propose a return for any product that would not fully provide satisfaction.
In that case the parcel has to be sent back to our warehouse within 14 days from the date of delivery. Then you have another 14 days to send us the return request submission.
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
- the products have not been used, worn, washed or modified and, in any case, compliant with the requirements detailed in the section on Compliance Checks below;
- the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;
- the products are returned in their original packaging; accompanied by their documentation, labels, seals and protective bag.
- the returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.
- the products should not be damaged.
- products which are made to your specifications or clearly personalized will not be accepted.
Returns that do not comply with these regulations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
How to return items
1. Send an email with subject: “return” to: customer@pat-studio.com
Please write your full name and order number for a Return Authorization Code.
We cannot issue refunds for items returned without an accompanying authorization code.
Customer service can request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorising a return.
2. After receiving your Return Authorization code, carefully pack the item(s) and prepare your return.
Make sure to send the items back to us following the conditions mention before.
Returned Products must imperatively be accompanied by all their accessories, documents, seals and the purchase invoice, in their original undamaged packaging with the return form issued by PAT STUDIO by email, perfectly protected and sent by post, at the Client’s risk and peril, to the following address:

International returns
Fill out 3 copies of the Returns Proforma Invoice that came with your parcel. Please note that these forms are required for customs clearance and that any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. Please visit our Customer Care area where you will find information on customs.
All parcels must be sent via tracked post through DHL.
Please be aware that original shipping costs, duties and taxes are non–refundable, and they will be deducted from your refund for any international return.
If an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, PAT STUDIO will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by PAT STUDIO. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us. The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches to PAT studio.
If your order was placed within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded.
Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization. It will not be processed.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received.
- Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to process.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
- purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the Credit Card company’s policies.
Normally refunds take place within fourteen (14) calendar days. Please remember it is necessary to have a Bank account in order to receive a refund for cash on delivery orders.
